Meal planning is when you prepare a list of menu, either mentally or in writing, that you would want to serve in the coming days or weeks, even months may be. It may be easier said than done, at least for me, because I plan not only the meals to be served but also make the budget and do the purchasing.

One important factor in meal planning is the budget. The meal may sound yummy but how much will it cost? Can we make a similar delicious dish without being expensive? Whether we have enough or limited budget, it is very essential to serve our loved ones nutritious meals that they would enjoy eating.
